1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "slotbot," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the slotbot online gaming platform at slotbot.bet, operating under PAGCOR regulation.
• "Platform" means the slotbot website, all associated web pages, services, games, cashier functions, promotions, and any other features accessible at slotbot.bet.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the slotbot Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered slotbot player account held in your name, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their slotbot Account using approved payment methods.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited to a Player's Account pursuant to an active slotbot promotion, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before any winnings derived from that bonus become withdrawable.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, including submission and validation of government-issued identification documents as required by slotbot and applicable Philippine regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the slotbot Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you:

• Have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them;
• Are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• Are accessing the slotbot Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited;
• Are not acting on behalf of any third party in registering an Account or placing wagers;
• Acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose funds deposited into your slotbot Account;
• Have reviewed and agree to slotbot's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not meet all of the above conditions, you are not permitted to access or use the slotbot Platform and must close the browser window immediately.

3Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account and use the slotbot Platform. This requirement is non-negotiable and is imposed in accordance with Philippine law governing online gaming. slotbot strictly enforces this requirement and will suspend any Account where there is reason to believe the Account holder is under the age of 21. Any winnings generated on an Account found to belong to an underage player will be forfeited in their entirety.

3.2 Registration Process

To register a slotbot Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, email address, and contact number. You must keep this information up to date at all times. slotbot reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the information provided at any time.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the slotbot Platform. Registering, attempting to register, or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. slotbot will suspend all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances held therein upon detection of duplicate Account activity.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions

The slotbot Platform is operated under PAGCOR regulation and is intended for use by eligible Philippine residents. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the slotbot Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. slotbot does not represent that the Platform is lawful or available for use in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

4Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your slotbot Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or permit any third party to access your Account.

slotbot will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify slotbot's customer support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

slotbot reserves the right to implement additional security measures, including but not limited to mandatory two-factor authentication, device verification, and login location monitoring, as part of its ongoing obligation to protect player accounts under PAGCOR's regulatory requirements.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Approved Payment Methods

slotbot accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. slotbot reserves the right to add, modify, or remove approved payment methods at any time.

5.2 Deposits

All deposits to your slotbot Account are processed in real time for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Bank transfer deposits may require up to one (1) business day to reflect in your Account balance. slotbot does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees for which slotbot accepts no responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods that were previously used to make a deposit into the requesting Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not on record are strictly prohibited. slotbot targets a processing time of fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals on fully verified Accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.

slotbot reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request and to delay or withhold processing pending the outcome of any investigation into potential fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

slotbot is committed to full compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments. slotbot will report any suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities as required by law. By using the Platform, you confirm that all funds deposited into your slotbot Account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.

6Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by slotbot are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your slotbot Account are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Wagering requirements, eligible game contributions, and validity periods are stated on each individual promotion page. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

slotbot reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend Accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using prohibited low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date after which any remaining bonus balance and associated wagering progress will be cleared from your Account automatically. slotbot will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances. Players are responsible for monitoring their own bonus validity periods through the Account dashboard.

7Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the slotbot Platform are operated using certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by professional dealers in regulated studio environments. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are disclosed in the individual game information panels within the slotbot lobby.

In the event of a malfunction, technical error, or disconnection during a game round, slotbot's system logs shall be the definitive record of the outcome of that round. slotbot reserves the right to void any round affected by a technical malfunction that generates an incorrect result or an outcome inconsistent with the game's certified parameters.

slotbot does not permit the use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tools designed to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner. Any Account found to be using such tools will be suspended immediately and all associated balances will be subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the slotbot Platform. Any breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age or are prohibited from online gaming in your jurisdiction;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using funds that are proceeds of criminal activity to fund your slotbot Account;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit any software, game, or security system on the Platform;
• Using any automated software, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes fraud against slotbot or against other players;
• Creating multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses or circumventing account restrictions;
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing slotbot staff or other players through any communication channel.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the slotbot Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and the slotbot brand identity, is the exclusive intellectual property of slotbot or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use any slotbot intellectual property other than as strictly necessary to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose as a registered player.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the slotbot Platform without prior written authorisation from slotbot.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, slotbot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the slotbot Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or damages resulting from technical malfunction, system downtime, or interruption of service.

slotbot's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their slotbot Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

slotbot makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.

11Responsible Gaming

slotbot is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take our obligations in this regard seriously under our PAGCOR regulatory licence.

All registered slotbot players have access to the following responsible gaming tools, available directly from the Account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account. Limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a set timeframe. Once the limit is reached, wagering is suspended for the remainder of that period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you when you have been logged in and playing for a set duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily suspend access to your slotbot Account for a period of your choosing — from a minimum of 24 hours to permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

12Suspension and Termination

slotbot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other prohibited conduct;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Player without prior contact with slotbot;
• Reasonable suspicion that the Account is being used by an underage individual;
• A valid request from the Player for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after deduction of any applicable processing fees. Bonus Balances and wagering progress are non-refundable upon termination for any reason.

13Amendments to These Terms

slotbot reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via email to the address registered on their Account and/or by a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. Continued use of the slotbot Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, is always available at slotbot.bet/terms-conditions.

14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and slotbot, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter promptly and informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory or judicial authority within the Philippines, consistent with slotbot's obligations under its PAGCOR regulatory framework.
